Return & Refund Policy – Lavia

At Lavia, we are committed to delivering high-quality handbags that meet your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process for your convenience.

1. Return Eligibility (7-Day Policy)

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The item must be free from any stains, damage, or signs of use

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact and included

Lavia reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these criteria.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer

  • Items returned after the 7-day return window

  • Products without original tags or packaging

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return request:

  1. Contact our support team with your order details

  2. Share clear images of the product for verification

  3. Once approved, you will be guided through the return process

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • You will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be issued via:

  • Bank transfer or the original payment method, depending on the transaction type

5. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photo evidence of the issue

  • Lavia will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
